Final version of ATRG Advert

This is my final version of my ATRG Client advert. It is aimed at possible retailers / designer interested or investors for this product.

Planning Out

One of the main comments I received from peers and my tutor was that the advert took too long to get to the point.

I have solved this in my new advert by going straight to the point by showing the product within the first 5 seconds and also explaining what the product is and some background on how it works.

Another comment I received was that my glowing effect wasn’t very good. This is because I created this glow in photoshop and applied it as a texture. I have now fixed this and will create a glow effect within after effects to show the view how my product works.

I have decided to aim this advert at  possible retailers / designer interested or investors for this product.  This will give me a opportunity to create a different type of advert from the previous versions i have created.

Research

Here is a Nike advert which I have looked at to gain some ideas. It is about a new shoe that they are going to release which has lights built into them. The video is 46 seconds long. I aim to make my advert roughly around the same duration

Research

As I came up with this idea of heated rugs and sofa covers from using an electric blanket I did further research on how this can be created with ATRG and the advantages of using this.
I visited ATRG lab on campus a while ago, but I still kept the images which I took. I recapped and looked through all of these images and gained a better understanding about the actual technology implemented within the fabric. I have great pictures which I have taken which I will use as textures for the rug and I can also Photoshop the pictures to adapt them to the models.

Here I have created another Mood Board which has images of some of the ideas I have thought of such as the heated rug, sofas that I will model and the heated sofa covers. These images have given me some idea of what I am going to create

I have put together a mood board of what the interior of my room will look like. I have gathered some images to get some ideas and inspiration for the environment i am creating.

I have decided to implement this technology into rugs and sofa covers in a modern environment so people of today can feel as they need this product in their life. This advert will be aimed at retailers/designers and investors in the product

UPDATE Changes which I have made

I have decided to change my ATRG advert idea AGAIN. I have decided to create an advert about a heated rug and heated sofa covers with ATRG technology. I thought of this idea when using an electric blanket and started to think of different ideas from there.
